In the philosophy of aesthetics, some argue that art can be made unethical by the subject matter, medium, who the artist was as a person, or by what response the artist intended to illicit from the viewers. Hitler’s art is used as a prime example frequently, and it is so vigorously argued, that a majority of his work is locked away for safety reasons.

What do you guys think? Does it lessen the beauty of this painting because it was painted by Hitler? Does it make it unethical to enjoy?
